Greg Guyuron specializes in national Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the State of Ohio. Greg's experience and skill set includes developing comprehensive development plans for new and existing national tenants to the region, re-merchandising and strengthening the position of existing shopping centers and trade areas, and assembling land for Developers and end-users for large projects. Greg's Clients include Pizza Fire (Master Broker), Bibibop Asian Grill Big Lots, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Great Clips, Jason's Deli, Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership, Shopper's World, Planet Sub, Fresh - Healthy Cafe, Speedway Gas Station, The Cato Corporation (Cato Fashions/Versona Accessories), Immediadent, Milano Menswear, and City Blue, among others. Greg graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in Business and a concentration in Finance.
