In my years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, I have always enjoyed the challenges and opportunities these industries provide. As an energetic and passionate professional, I have had the privilege of working with many of the leading Real Estate Developers and Owners in the country in a leadership role in commercial and residential property management, development and construction, Being motivated and possessing strategic thinking as well as conceptual skills, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, translates into workable objectives and goals, therefore, providing solid business decisions. I am detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, as well as multi-task on projects. This combined with productive negotiation skills and possessing excellent communication and people skills allows me to create, build and maintain relationships.A few leadership roles I have operated in are Regional Manager, Regional Construction Manager, General Manager, Senior Property Manager, Senior Tenant Coordinator, and Director of Operations throughout my career.
