I am a dedicated leader with a history of outstanding results during my eighteen-year career. With more than a decade of formal leadership experience, I have consistently developed and led teams with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. While in claims leadership, I directed large scale mobile operations responding to catastrophic events. In addition to coordinating staffing, work assignments, performance evaluation, and technology requirements, I also managed to drive results. Each of my teams outpaced the operation in both the quality and quantity of claims settled. I remain passionate about mentoring both personally and professionally. I have served as the chair of the Financial Services mentoring committee, the largest mentoring organization within State Farm Insurance serving more than 500 mentor/mentee pairings. During my tenure we saw substantial growth in the organization along with increased engagement in mentoring activities by all involved. My passion lies in helping others develop as leaders.
