Responsible for staff training which included development and sales coaching of the sales staff, along with warehouse and delivery personal. In charge of all aspects of inventory management for both the store and warehouse locations. Managed all local in home delivery, utilizing and outside delivery service. Worked with open to buy to keep inventory levels in line with sales and advertising.

Responsible for design team members sales and training with a goal of 1.4 million in sales. Managed all workroom accounts, specification sheets, inventory of in stock draperies and fabrics. Spoke at yearly managers meetings on personality and lifestyle selling.

Hired to manage large volume home furnishings workroom that included window treatments and re-upholstery work. Outsourced and scheduled all in home installation. Created updated filing and monitoring systems of all inventory and scheduling systems.
