Charged with financial statement responsibility and reporting of the FPS (solutions) Division of IDG. A new position resulting from the conversion from four regional IT platforms and accounting systems to one solution. We also switched to a matrix management system.Standardized processes across the four former divisions. Developed and then implemented a common practice at our FPS customers. Drove credit and collection improvements through the introduction of credit policies, credit scoring and line of sight metrics resulting in a 38% reduction in annual bad debt expense. Responsible for all financial, audit and tax reporting for our division.
