I have been at Pollard Banknote since the earth cooled. I started 36 years ago in an entry level job and thanks to the companies willingness to hire from within and upgrade employees skills and knowledge I have worked my way up through the ranks. PBL gave me the opportunity to upgrade my Management skills by giving me the time and resources to go through a 4 year Certificate in Management course while working. I have spent about 5 years as a Production Supervisor in charge of the press room then close to 15 years as the Production Manager and have recently been promoted to the Director of Manufacturing. I enjoy the pace within manufacturing and the challenges that arise while producing great products for our customers.
