I am a Non- Executive director with strong leadership skills and well-developed networks in corporate finance, financial markets and the resources sector.I have a proven track record of successfully raising growth capital for early stage companies. This is driven from a detailed knowledge of private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, deal making, valuations and the capital raising process. Drawing on my understanding of corporate, institutional and regulatory governance requirements, I ensure transactions I am involved with have authenticity and integrity. I am known for my clear communication skills and ability to build trusting collaborative relationships at all levels.Recently my activities have centered on working effectively with owners, major shareholders, executive teams and stakeholders to re-invigorate companies via capital reconstructions, acquisition of new assets and raising additional funds for future growth. In addition to this pro-active involvement with companies I have also been participating as Non Executive Director or Non Executive Chairman to provide appropriate stewardship.Typically the transactions I am involved in require the sourcing, negotiating and financing of mining or oil/gas assets for companies listed on the ASX designed to deliver a positive outcome for shareholders.My primary objective is to add value by assisting selected clients, shareholders and stakeholders source, negotiate, promote and fund new assets to enhance market capitalisation.
