I am a Non- Executive director with strong leadership skills and well-developed networks in corporate finance, financial markets and the resources sector.I have a proven track record of successfully raising growth capital for early stage companies. This is driven from a detailed knowledge of private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, deal making, valuations and the capital raising process. Drawing on my understanding of corporate, institutional and regulatory governance requirements, I ensure transactions I am involved with have authenticity and integrity.
