I’ve had hands on experience doing the hair and makeup of large casts and got qualifications in Stage Management, Set Design and even British Sign Language (level 1). As the Opportunities Officer for UEA’s Drama and Musical Theatre Society, my role has allowed me to put on workshops at local theatres and at the university itself, enabling our members to try their hand at a range of performance and backstage roles.
