Greg is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of demonstrated proficiency in investment management, corporate finance, operations and administration. He founded Harles Management, a strategic management company, where he has advised businesses in areas of capital management, revenue growth and profitability. He most recently joined SmartDeskCRM (formerly Executive Results) where clients can benefit from a wide range of technology services and offerings in effectively growing their business. Greg began his career as a Securities Trader at Canada Life followed by a position in Private Placements. He then joined Colonia Life and at the time of the sale of the company he held the position of Senior Investment Officer responsible for all areas of investment and portfolio management. Following this Greg was contracted as management advisor with FRI Corporation through the role of Chief Operating Officer primarily responsible for restructuring.Greg actively holds executive and board positions in selected for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
