I stepped into the Director of Operations role at CCS to focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and drive this region's bottom line.

- Operating profits improved by 32% in fiscal year 2018 through the addition of new business, contractrenegotiation, and operating process refinements.- In 2018 converted 48% of solicitations into signed parking management agreements.- Restructured management team for improved operating efficiency across two divisions.

- Designed innovative and accelerated rental processes, launching 2 products nationwide: Fastbreak Choice and Fastbreak Counter.- Established the industry standard for expedited rental programs, with a focus on speed and simplicity.- Managed a $10 million dollar budget to manage and execute all phases of program development.- Partnered with Architect / Engineer to design and implement rental facility enhancements in 27 corporately operated sites in the United States.- Awarded and maintained vendor contracts for all aspects of construction and ongoing maintenance.- Collaborated with IT to integrate new rental criteria into the existing rental system.- Kept abreast of emerging technologies and used smart chip technology to run the beta test for a fullyautomated airport parking system; a first in the industry.- Presented the strategy to transition retail car sales to local operations, negotiated plan with seniormanagement, and gained buy-in for the initiative.- Preserved the culture of Budget Car and Truck Rental, while seamlessly incorporating the Ryder TRS truck rental brand into the existing business model.
