I have over 20 years of experience in people leadership, transformation, customer service and technology integration at one of the UK’s biggest Technology companies, BT. My area of expertise is delivering solutions in complicated environments, through engaging people in the vision, and enabling them to innovate and succeed. I’ve had several senior leadership roles including UK wide operations, people transformation, business planning and agile delivery. I have done everything from fit phone lines in our customers’ homes, to improving the reliability of the core UK voice network, using lean and agile working to enable a £23m carrier deal with a major mobile supplier.
