Responsible for site support and collaboration services of site facility. This includes maintaining and deployment of PC equipment, software, and audio/visual technologies. Work with Business leaders, groups, and individuals to educate and enable them to increase their efficiency and collaboration within their organization and with customers. This position is the primary resource for collaboration services and be a knowledge resource for peers. Provide Level 1 and 2 support for users of information technology and services. Including, but not limited to: Desktops/Laptops, Other related IT hardware, Operating Systems, Applications, Security, Audio/Visual equipment, AD Administration and Mobile Devices. Assist in providing enterprise wide engineering support in the following areas: Collaboration Support – Educate and advocate use of collaboration environments (Sharepoint, Yammer, Skype, O365). Demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration within the organization, across organizations, and with customersSecurity – Understand and assist with the tools and process required to identify, test, deploy and support security patches and antivirus definition files to all PCs and servers. Backups –Maintain and perform backups as appropriate. Telecom / VoIP / Network / Audio&Video – Ensure the technical integrity and day to day operation of all in-house voice, unified communications, carrier services, mobile devices, network and Windows based systems as related to these environments. Primary interface for all related 3rd party IT vendors and service contract and remediation activities. Site Support – Utilize standard processes and practices to ensure high level of user satisfaction. Coordinate across the organization to provide seamless services and support
