Spearheading the implementation of the creative A/V content at the largest Aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. Managing a team of talented technicians in the installation of all audio-visual elements of the exhibits, and conceiving, creating, editing, and implementing the creative content needed to tell the stories of our world's oceans.• Develop and implement a creative vision for multimedia content that aligns with the Aquarium's mission and strategic goals• Supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual elements of exhibits, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and functionality• Conceptualize and produce creative content (including videos, audio recordings, and other multimedia elements) that tell the stories of the exhibits and engages visitors• Edit and refine multimedia content to ensure it is engaging, educational, and accessible• Collaborate with other departments (such as animal training, education, marketing, and exhibit design) to develop multimedia content that supports organizational goals• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts for multimedia content• Stay up-to-date with emerging multimedia technologies and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team to improve the quality and impact of multimedia content• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends in multimedia production, and incorporate these trends into the Aquarium's multimedia strategy• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed to support multimedia production and installation• Maintain a safe and professional work environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

In charge of overall day to day operations of the production department needs in multiple venues. Provide support as needed in Lighting, Audio, Video Mapping/Projection Automation and Special Effects. Assisted in the conception, design and installation of multiple shows at the Aquarium including, "Dolphin Celebration", "Dolphins in Depth" and most recently the highly acclaimed holiday show "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year". • Oversee all aspects of audio content and creation at the Aquarium including sourcing, editing, creating and finalizing show files and maintaining logs of used songs for licensing compliance. Record and track all Voice-over content for use in the facility as the "Voice of the Aquarium" on all public announcements, call center recordings and self guided walking tours• Ensure quality and integrity of the Dolphin Coast Theater and the Pier 225 Sea Lion Theater are kept to the highest standards • Work with Animal Training to ensure that the scheduling times of rehearsals and Animal Training sessions are met• Supervise weekly service and maintenance of equipment and work with contracted vendors on service calls• Perform administrative tasks, managing workflow, scheduling and allocation of crew for day to day operations• Calling cues from the show script consisting of Spot Cues, Automation, Audio, Special Effects, Lighting Cues and Stage Cues• Filling in as needed and running show tracks for Audio, Lighting, Spot Ops, Camera Ops and Special Events planning• Maintaining detailed reports on each performance and organizing them for filing and tracking for the Senior VP of Operations & Hospitality at the Aquarium

In charge of all musical direction regarding public performances and lesson planning for the longest running Swing Dancing School and performance troupe in South Carolina. Lead DJ for special events and weddings including Wedding Spectaculars in SC, GA and NC. • Set up and strike of all audio and lighting equipment.• Compose travel grids, production schedules, show questionnaires and contact sheets for weekly events• Book crew, talent, vehicles, audio equipment, and venue services for each location.• Plan and coordinate all transportation and accommodations for crew, talent and guests.

Responsible for all technical operation of daily and nightly entertainment including Audio, Lighting and Stage Direction on various cruise ships operated throughout the world. Between Cruise ship contracts I would work part time as a local Crew Tech for nationally touring shows in multiple venues in the City of Greenville, SC including the 2,100 seat Peace Center for the Performing Arts and the 16,000 seat Bon-Secours Wellness Arena. Shows include Broadway Tours of Miss Saigon, Sweet Charity, South Pacific and Memphis.Also acts such as Magician David Copperfield, KISS, Elton John, Star Wars: In Concert, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Blue Man Group.• Provide support for load-ins, set up, tear downs and outs.• Collaborated with Tour Managers to coordinate set builds and storage.• Assist tour Engineers with builds of set pieces, stage pieces, audio rigging and lighting truss rigging.• Assistant and runner to tour monitor engineers.
