The rules system is used to read customer’s server logs and identify problems with known fixes and refer support agents to the documentation for those fixes. Ensured ownership by creating a new design and having a developer with no knowledge of the existing rules system develop the code. ● Trained a team of three other developers in the full lifecycle of creating rules so each could act as a backup.
