As the Managing Editor of Apple Podcasts, I lead the team that recommends and curates podcasts across Apple Podcasts to help user discover their next favorite show and to help creators reach new audiences.Prior to Apple, I led the team at Spotify that recommends podcast episodes to Spotify users. Some of our work included creating podcast playlists curated by celebs/musicians like Demi Lovato and established podcasters like Teenager Therapy. We also recommended episodes and shows weekly via our Editorial brands like True Crime Scene, theLINER (music storytelling), and Play Your Part (social activism). I'm also incredibly proud to have worked on Spotify's Next Wave initiative where I selected 4 college-aged podcasters to receive promotion on Spotify, podcast equipment, and new podcast artwork.Before joining Spotify, I worked at CBS Radio (now Audacy) where I launched the podcast network Play.it in 2014 which included signing and creating podcasts like "Drink Champs" and working with talent like Stassi Schroeder from "Vanderpump Rules".Personally, I'm interested in getting more involved in supporting and coaching young creators interested in working in audio.
