  • Managed the EUS team, which supported the MCAGCC-TC population of well over 25,000 unique users, with these users being Marines, Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) and GS employees, civilian contractors, and military.
  • Repaired and maintained over 12,000 information technology assets, which included: desktop and laptop PCs, tablets, as well as printers and scanners.
  • Identified and implemented labor and time-saving procedures which reduced the repair turn-around time from an average of 120-210 days, to just 14-21 days within an eight-month period.
