Assistant Vice President Of Treasury Payment Solutions
CurrentPayment Solutions Management- Manage the bank’s merchant processing portfolio for fee income, merchant onboarding, and customer satisfaction for processing with Meridian and our merchant provider - Oversee and build the bank’s new business credit card project by maintaining vendor relationships, leveraging all products and benefits available, and marketing to potentially new and existing customers- Create and maintain all Treasury Services reports including customer onboarding, treasury services enablement, analysis fee income, and internal meeting reportsPayment Solutions Development & Implementation- Instrumental in departmental planning, through research and development of new products and services to enhance the overall customer banking experience - Develop business case studies to promote growth of the bank’s customer portfolio through the implementation of new products/services- Establish new partnerships with third party SaaS companies to be able to provide additional options for the bank’s customers and potential prospects- Create custom analysis spreadsheets and proposal templates for departmental use- Establish internal procedural documents and checklists for auditing and tracking purposes- Generate customer facing demo guides and related product handouts to assist with customer training and education of Treasury Services - Design custom real-time reporting databases by utilizing the Power BI production environmentTreasury Support & Sales - Accompany bank lending teams on customer visits to complement sales presentation - Facilitate the onboarding process of cash management services for new and existing customers - Promote services that will aid with the efficiency of a business's day to day operations through acquired industry knowledge and experience- Provide training and educational sessions of Meridian’s Treasury Management services to new or existing customers as well as internally
