About Greg Hext

I have over 30 years of Experience in Public Accounting, Investment Banking and Private Equity. This includes extensive experience in Public Accounting as the Partner in Charge of Audit engagements for a variety of industries and both Public and Private Companies. I have also provided Investment Banking services to various M&A, Debt, Equity and refinance projects.
