In this role, my practice was heavily focused on commercial transactions in the retail and construction channels, dealer terminations/disputes, pricing law, price discrimination (Robinson-Patman compliance), cooperative advertising programs, minimum advertised price and unilateral price policies and antitrust law compliance, training, counseling and policy.

Chief legal officer for a County Government. Ran all aspects of County operations in collaboration with the County Administrator. Served as legal counsel to the County and the elected Board of Supervisors, and provided them with guidance on a wide variety of legal matters, including contracts, procurement, employment, real estate, litigation, insurance, risk management, compliance, land use and zoning, taxation, law enforcement, and legislation.
