I joined JLL as part of their acquisition of MPA in 2015 and worked on a variety of projects. My primary focus was on the Hotels and Hospitality business line. This included the management of the development and construction of the new high rise luxury JW Marriott in Anaheim California.

I joined Marty Potts in 2005 as his partner in MPA Inc. We provided Project Management services for Commercial Real Estate Development. Our clients included Real Estate Developers, Property Owners, Corporate Businesses and Institutional Organizations. MPA was a third party consultant to our clients managing their Real Estate Development and Construction projects. The market segments included: Healthcare, Hotels and Hospitality, Institutional, Office and Retail.

I joined Kitchell Contractors, a General Contractor in 1995. I was hired to manage Metro Pointe a new ground up Retail Shopping Center in Costa Mesa, California. The project was constructed in two phases over a 2 year period. I managed all aspects of the construction process. Kitchell Contractors' Irvine office was closed during this project and I continued my career with Snyder Langston upon completion of Metro Pointe.

I worked for Near-Cal Corp. a General Contractor in the commercial market. Our focus was the Retail Industry. I managed multiple projects which included Ground-up, Renovations and Tenant Improvements. Our clients included Real Estate Developers, Tenants and Property Owners. The projects included Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, Drug Stores, Department Stores, Movie Theaters, Restaurants, and Retailers of all types.

I joined Columbia Savings and Loan out of college in 1987. I was part of Columbia's Real Estate Department working on wholly owned office development projects. These were Class A office buildings with subterranean parking structures in Beverly Hills, Ca. This included Columbia's new corporate headquarters.
