We had to frequently calibrate these to ensure the milling process are with in standards to maintain a quality product.We primarily used Toyopuc PLC's along with Fanuc servo controllers. All the machines were integrated using: DEVICE-NET, FL-NET, & EITHER-NET. We also used a lot of Omron wireless devices as well.Maintained several type Robots, Denso, ABB, and Fanuc. This required editing the program, and fault recovery as well as crash recovery. All robots were integrated with the PLC's and CNC controllers.We often had to update and modify program logic on a regular basis.As with the trouble shooting problems, we were required to tear down any mechanical or hydraulic system to repair the found problems, or to check run out & to calibrate equipment.

Then we started construction on the main unit where I stayed until productions was running and startup was completed.There I installed cable tray, conduit from ¾" to 4", Installed instruments, Motor control center, 13.8 KV to 480 KV switch gear and buss duct to MCC.Worked on Hi Voltage team building nearly 100 stress cones, from switch gear to the 4,160 hi pressure pump houseThen proceeded to working control room terminating motor control relay logic, and spent the remainder of the job installing all the PLC processors and controllers. * A.
