All the machines were integrated using: DEVICE-NET, FL-NET, & EITHER-NET. We also used a lot of Omron wireless devices as well.Maintained several type Robots, Denso, ABB, and Fanuc. This required editing the program, and fault recovery as well as crash recovery. All robots were integrated with the PLC's and CNC controllers.We often had to update and modify program logic on a regular basis.As with the trouble shooting problems, we were required to tear down any mechanical or hydraulic system to repair the found problems, or to check run out & to calibrate equipment.
