Winner of the Golden Driver Award for the best marketing campaign on the 2017 LPGA Tour schedule.Key responsibilities:• Oversee all marketing and communication strategy, planning and implementation for events including the ISPS Handa New Zealand Men’s Golf Open and the McKayson New Zealand Women’s Open LPGA Tour event• Liaise with local and national government departments such as New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, ATEED, NZ Major Events and Tourism New Zealand, to maximise the promotional and commercial benefits to the host regions and country as a whole, as per their respective sponsorship agreements• Plan and implement leveraging plans with key stakeholders and sponsors to maximise their return on investment, including: - McKayson- Infiniti Cars- Qatar Airlines- ATEED- NZ Major Events- Tourism New Zealand- NZME- Sky TV- Chinese Herald - The Korea Post - LPGA - AVIS • Organise media conferences and coordinate the media centre on event day as well as work closely with creative agencies and suppliers • Plan and implement special events such as celebrity dinners and photo opportunities to leverage exposure• Prepare marketing collateral and coordinate campaigns with local and national media partners • Brand management across multiple projects, constantly ensuring brand integrity is upheld• Manage sales leads and databases for sponsorship and corporate hospitality, including preparation of all sales collateral - Internationally broadcast to 140M+ households - Surpassed viewership of any previous event
