I help individuals and organisations who are aiming to make work, life and/or themselves 'better'. Some of the work I do is defining what 'better' means. Some of it is in helping make 'better' a reality. Some of my work is complex, international, and strategic, some of it simply helps people 'be'. My usefulness is based on how I think, ask questions and create experiences that a. work and b. are not what people would normally come up with. A few years ago, I founded a company (Perspective 42) with the purpose of being useful to those seeking 'better'. It has done some cool stuff that didn't feel like work and I'm proud of, and that's pretty much how I want other people to feel about what they do too.I value openness, growth, fairness and fun - and welcome those who share any of those values in making a connection. I have lived my values by doing things such as becoming a secondary school teacher in a deprived school, going on a semi-spontaneous trans-continental bike-ride and reading a lot of books and talking about them to anyone who will listen.
