Designed and led turnaround of Gap’s largest distribution campus, I had oversight for the areas of Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Information Systems, Finance, and Safety. Production covered all activities related to inbound receiving, order fulfillment, garment rework, ticketing, GOH, and repacking. I operated a 1.8 million square foot facility that processed 243 million garments a year which generated $4.1 billion in sales. I had an operating budget of $59.5 million with a total of 650 indirect reports and six direct reports, during peak season an additional 150 indirect staff are added.

My staff consisted of 5 direct and 255 indirect personnel in six countries.
