As a Tech Support Specialist for 7 schools, I was responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support to educators, students, and staff across all campuses. With years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, I possess a strong ability to diagnose problems, develop and implement effective solutions, and ensure that all systems are up and running smoothly.In my role, I worked closely with faculty and staff to maintain computer labs, classroom technology, and online learning platforms. I also provided training and assistance to help educators integrate technology into their curriculum and provide guidance to students and staff on best practices for digital communication and data security.My extensive knowledge of hardware and software systems, including Windows, MacOS, and various educational software programs, allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each school.
