I ran a team of Collections and Credit Professionals reducing Business Exposure and reducing bad debt by way of Professional Credit Checking and Professional Debt Recovery solutions by them utilising SMS Texts, emails, phone and Letters to garnish collections from new and aged accounts.

I ran the Credit Risk Team, ensuring the least exposure to our Company whilst maximizing the Sales Revenue stream. I liaised with all Sales channels, all levels of the Company and visited our large spend customers to ensure consistency, fairness and knowledge-sharing to enable high revenue returns and high customer retention.

Working under the Credit Manager aiding the Team in correct and diligent Credit Checking processes to ensure maximum revenue whilst minimizing the risk of Bad Debt

Working under the Collections Manager collecting overdue monies from delinquent accounts in a timely and professional manner ensuring good collection rates and good customer retention.

Working under the External Collections Manager liaising with Solicitors, DCA's [both 1st and 2nd placement] and all Sales Channels to maximise returns on bad debt
