In my architectural experience I have come to understand all aspects of architectural practice from the importance of client relationships to good quality design and documentation.The dedication as a business owner is reflected in the ongoing success in the Sydney office of Fulton Trotter Architects, and involvement with ACA, the Association of Consulting Architects. This can only be balanced with time with family that is so important when away from the day to day of work life.I believe that there is a trend in architecture for less architects to be fully rounded with skills from design through documentation to contract administration and on-site construction involvement. While it is great to see the specialist skills of some, it is disappointing to also see the lack of on-site knowledge in young architects. At Fulton Trotter, we strive to develop well rounded architects with the professional development of skills across the full spectrum of architectural experience.I would like to work with people that are:Caring.- I would like to work with people that care about the quality of buildings and spaces- I enjoy projects in the aged care and seniors living areas.
