I have been working in a New Product Development Engineering environment for the better part of fifteen years, and I thrive on the many challenges it presents to me. Being a highly organized individual, I like to approach my work in a logical and structured fashion. The skills I have gained in both my previous and current roles, have allowed me to enhance my analytical skills, especially through the process-optimization work I carry out on a daily basis. Through extensive system knowledge and effective communication with all disciplines within the business, I am able to identify issues and produce viable solutions. Being able to positively influence the success of the company in this way is a great motivator which I wish to exploit it in a greater capacity.My propensity to engage in projects, be they work or leisure, helps to keep me busy and challenged on a continuous basis.
