With over 30 years of mechanical knowledge alongside customer service and sales I've set sights to be a distinguished communicator, an effective problem solver, and the ability of accurately honing in on a customer's needs to solve whatever issues they may have slowing down/halting their productivity. To solve some of these problems, I have found my divergent/abstract thinking has been proven to please. It is a necessity, more-so now than ever, to avoid the constrictions of every day, narrow minded solutions. With limited resource availability, it's absolutely vital to apply each inordinate method possible to overcome whatever obstacle is in the way of growth.
