Executive staff member of the Dean of Students Office in the Division of Student Affairs. Reports directly to the Senior Associate Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students and serves as the direct supervisor to the Associate Dean and Assistant Dean of Students & Case Manager positions and the Associate Dean/Director of Disabilities Resources, Accommodated Testing & Services and serve as the coordinator for the Interreligious Council (IRC).

Provides strategic oversight of the case (non-clinical) & care management (clinical with University Health & Counseling Services) processes and other non-clinical aspects within the Office of the Dean of Students (DoS), Disability Resources (DR), Accommodated Testing & Services (OATS), and the Interreligious Council (IRC).

Member of the leadership team for CWRU’s Division of Student Success that launched in June 2018. Within Student Advancement & Academic Resources, I supervised seven Assistant Directors of Student Advancement (direct reports) and guided our dedication to personally work with each student (incoming and continuing) to improve their experiences, satisfaction and retention at CWRU.

Served as the principal point of contact for a cohort of upperclass (Sophomore-Senior) students with last names beginning with L-O and their faculty advisors and instructors, monitoring and supporting the academic progress and personal welfare of these students and working with them to enhance their academic experience at Case Western Reserve University. I also provided leadership to a coordinated communications strategy by which the Office of Undergraduate Studies shares information to promote its mission of empowering students to make the most of their academic experience at CWRU, sharing clear and timely academic information with students, faculty, other student services offices and the broader University community. Furthermore, I served as the webmaster for Undergraduate Studies with experience using Dreamweaver and Terminal Four website/content management software. As Assistant Director of Admissions, I maintained many of the responsibilities that I had as an Admissions Counselor such as planning University-wide special events and conducting recruitment and final application reviews for all out-of-state freshman students, except NY students. Engaged in professional activities that include recruiting and counseling prospective students while promoting the mission and vision of Edinboro University. Coordinate undergraduate recruitment of all out-of-state freshman students, except NY students. This included conducting research, analyzing statistics, and reviewing records for territories. I also evaluated applications for admissions to be submitted to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions for final review. As the Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment, I coordinated and participated in events and programs that focused on the development of a diverse and multicultural academic setting, which included the planning, organizing, and implementation of programs for the recruitment and retention of underrepresented students in conjunction with the Multicultural Affairs Office, campus life organizations, academic departments, community organizations, and alumni.

Assisted with tasks related to individual game operations, group sales, and season ticket administration. Other responsibilities included using the computerized ticketing system, telemarketing, planning the annual picnic for season ticket holders, and supervising game-day ticket operations employees.

I served as a host/greeter during home games throughout the 2006 season. Responsibilities included providing customer service to patrons, providing historical information about the franchise and ballpark (formerly Jacobs Field), fan assistance during games (seating, information regarding locations of kiosks/concessions, safety assistance during fireworks shows, and other responsibilties).
