-Efficient Scheduling and Ordering of supplies on a weekly basis by reviewing forecasting reports/trends-Provide training plans to the barista's to ensure a successful promotional roloout-Manage and develop the shift supervisor team -Ensure the team is providing a great experience each and every time

-Develop shift lead team by providing constructive feedback along with training plans-Manage 7 departments to ensure targets are reached-Leader on Duty Shifts where the whole store is under my control/supervision-Drive the overall team to hit fiscal targets
