Supporting all aspects of the Commercial operation, product changes, pricing changes, reporting, reconciliation and mobile vendor management. Also supporting with technical issues, hardware and software as well as power and network issues. Responding to Ad-hoc changes to operational model or climatic effects. Operational training for end users, support training for other colleagues to deputise when required.
