Electro Mechanical Integration Technology) is a systems integrator for automated control systems, specializing in materials handling and conveyance systems. These systems often include the use of various means of transporting product from DC power roller to belted, roller-on-belt and shaft driven conveyor. EMIT has integrated materials handling systems using PC based Think-N-Do, PLC based RS-Logix 500 and RS-Logix 5000 as well as SDS, DeviceNet, Ethernet and hard wired control schemes. These systems often include the integration of bar code scanners, weigh scales, RFID and label printing applications.

The G.F. Puhl Company is an Original Equipment Manufacturer of Trim Collection Systems that mainly support the printing industry. G.F. Puhl systems utilize extensive blower and ductwork systems that convey and segregate paper waste to be bailed and recycled. G.F. Puhl offers positive pressure systems as well as balanced systems which require zero air pressure in the paper collectors to minimize dust infiltration into the work area. These systems utilize actuated air dampers or Variable Frequency Driven Return Air Fans to compensate for the air flow into the paper collector in order achieve a balanced system. As a System Technician for this company, I traveled extensively across America to start up new systems as well as support and troubleshoot older installations.
