I have over 35 years of retail experience, 28 years of that being in a management position. I started my career in grocery retail learning the trade of meat cutting. I am an experienced meat cutter of over 24 years, working my way from meat department manager up to store manager and then on to Director of Operations.I have adapted to several different styles of management ranging from “big box” style to smaller privately owned retail companies. I have been successful in achieving goals set by corporate guidelines as well as achieving goals set by myself. I have experience in Human Resources, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, hitting gross profits, controlling inventory, controlling labor, and utilizing all areas of opportunities to help in the overall managing of a company. I take pride in creating a comfortable and motivating work environment for all associates and customers.
