GREG JORGENSEN - I am the former Owner / Managing Director, Project Director and Property Valuer of Australian Valuers where we had a large focus on the Management & Letting Rights Industry.In terms of Management & Letting Rights experience, I have provided market assessments on permanent, holiday, corporate, student and commercial let businesses. My work within the short-term and corporate sector on Perfermance Undertakings (PU's); Leasebacks and Rental Guarantees was some of the first to look hard at these models and to provide feedback as to how they might be considered by the Industry.For six years my wife and myself owned the Management & Letting Rights businesses for two nearby complexes within South Brisbane. Both were Permanent Let based businesses.Given my extensive exposure to the Management & Letting Rights Industry I have now taken the next step into the sales of these Businesses and have joined the 20 year established firm, Management Rights Sales (Australia). Whilst I am based in Brisbane, I have and will continue to travel within Australia to provide a positive sales service to my Clients.
