Over 20 years of experience as a human resources and benefits consulting professional with experience in all areas of defined benefit administration including plan knowledge, best practices and quality assurance. Experience in managing complex defined benefit plans with an emphasis on project management, quality assurance, plan knowledge and written communication. I oversee the administration process from start to finish ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of services to both clients and plan participants. In addition, I have gained vast experience managing a number of terminated vested buyout programs for participant populations both large and small.
