Responsible to lead cross-functional INPO teams to continuously monitor and analyze performance of assigned nuclear stations to identify gaps to excellence; detect subtle signs of decline and work with INPO, station and corporate personnel to promptly arrest declines.Advise station, corporate and INPO leaders about station performance; determine the effectiveness of plans to arrest performance declines and make/suggest appropriate adjustments to those action plans.Identify innovative means for delivering assistance to the industry.

Lead and oversee WANO Atlanta Center staff to innovate and execute the technical support mission and peer review programs and assist the Atlanta Center international stations to improve their performance. Lead integration of the WANO AC and INPO peer review and evaluation programs to achieve synergy and economies of scale in the center.
