About Greg Kavanagh

With a long and diverse career in the hospitality industry, I am uniquely qualified; having started as an Executive Meeting Manager, and working through sales positions before becoming a hotel general manager. I have overseen hotel renovations and re-branding; and worked with both independent hotels and major brands, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. As a corporate Vice President in sales and operations, I have overseen a variety of hospitality products -- from select and full service hotels to serviced apartments -- in many markets, creating additional worth of assets for many ownership groups. I have long been very interested in pursuing my career internationally, especially in Europe. Having travelled extensively in the UK and Mediterranean countries my background and talents mesh well in this environment.People often refer to me as "The Voice of Reason," which would be accurate in that I deliver rational insights to a variety of situations. I have connected hundreds of sales professionals with scores of relevant and current action plans to support their property sales strategy and delivered results to their owners.
