Its said that statistically, we spend more time at our job or business than we do with the ones we love... If this is true, if we actually spend more time making money than we do with those who mean the most to us, if the trade-off is this great, doesn't it make sense to do something we are passionate about, something that perhaps gives us more balance?At 23 I became insatiably curious why some individuals find their passion early, why some find it later and why some lead lives of quiet desperation, never really identifying their passion or purpose. This led me on an enlightening 25 year study to identify the answer and after 1,000 plus books and innumerable conversations with those who are engaged in their labor of love and some of the best modern minds on the topic, the answer comes down to one word... AWARENESS!Most individuals know on some level what their passion or purpose could be but there is an underlying subroutine that blocks them and tells them that they are either not good enough, it wont work or that they could never monetize it into something that could provide a living for them. My experience has found this to be incorrect.When your awareness is increased, your potential is released and awareness is primarily raised through proper questions.The quality of a coach lies in the quality of the questions that coach causes YOU to ask YOURSELF.
