• Using SAP daily to receipt all incoming goods and ensure that the PO requirements are met. Third party receipt any vendor owned material and update tracking register.
• Deal with all material to be held as hold and stock. Ensure transfer postings for stock and hold transfers are completed. Maintain spreadsheets and update for accurate stock records. Investigate any discrepancies in.
• Process urgent air freights and organise transport. All aspects of SAP regarding creating voyages, shipments and packing the material correctly.
• Manifest deliveries for shipments accurately. Ensure material for projects is shipped when necessary. Liase with COP staff regarding urgent material needed offshore.
• Solve any queries regarding purchase orders by material tracking the PO or delivery and communicate container numbers to COP staff if needed.
• Organising and arranging transport for weekly stock and hold runs and any movement between base and quayside.

• Ensuring Material meets client specification and all certification requests are met by the vendors. Liaising with buyers over any queries and resolving as quickly as possible.
• Receipting all materials in SAP and dealing with urgent air freights. Communicating with the despatch team regarding priority air freights and ensuring material is delivered on time.
• Dealing with purchase order queries through the buyer and updating the vendors returns list for any material to be replaced.
• General forklift duties – unloading and loading trailers and movement of material around the warehouse when needed.
• Participating in monthly safety meetings and daily toolbox talks to put forward ideas and discuss any safety issues with colleagues.
