After previously serving as an Assistant Audio Engineer at a local recording studio, I have been freelancing since November of 2018. Skills obtained and ever-evolving include: Location & Studio Recording, Proper Microphone Techniques for all variations of microphones (dynamic, condenser, ribbon), Mixing, Editing, Mastering, etc. I currently use Pro Tools Standard (2021.7) and/or the current version of Universal Audio's LUNA DAW for any of my recording and mixing sessions.Along with engineering I also enjoy writing journalistic and technical articles about audio production, audio history, proper microphone techniques, mixing, mastering, and anything else that will aid in advancing awareness (and discovering for myself) the evolution of concepts and technology within the professional audio industry.
