Keller IT Consulting & Solutions was founded by Greg Keller an IT professional with over 25 years of work experience. Greg began his career studying programming. After studying a multitude of computer languages, Greg then went on to study Networking and Desktop Support. Since that time Greg’s experience in the field of IT has expanded to include the majority of the IT disciplines and functions found in enterprise and medium to small businesses. Since those modest beginnings Greg has helped many individuals and many businesses of all sizes to find solutions to their IT issues. Keller IT Consulting & Solutions is a company that provides three distinct service offerings they are: Strategic Enterprise IT Planning & Integration services, Small Business services, and Home Office / Home services. Our Strategic Enterprise IT Planning & Integration service is a comprehensive package with four stages: Investigation, Analysis, Recommended Solution, and Implementation of the solution. Which when followed results in a business working more efficiently, reducing costs, streamlining the businesses workflows and processes, and ultimately assisting the business in achieving its goals and objectives. Small Business Services are IT services that meet or address specific needs. Those needs might be something simple such as a computer move, help managing wireless devices, or they could be as complex as setting up remote access to network resources, or designing an entire network infrastructure that includes remote access and management, network design & implementation, and business continuity. Other IT services that are available are office relocations, computer system upgrades, rollout projects that may involve an upgrade to hardware or software to name just a few. Pawsh Place Veterinary Center & Boutique, Inc. 1/2015 – Present Currently providing IT management and oversight of all IT operations for Pawsh Place. Assisting in the evaluation and choosing of a POS system that will work with their current practice management software and that will support current and future business initiatives. Designing an IT Awareness program that will raise company awareness in the areas of Password security and Phishing e-mails. Develop IT Policies and Procedures. Provide on-site and remote support.Key Projects and Initiatives: - Design and implement an IT infrastructure that supports an enterprise network, a VOIP phone system, a security camera system and a security access system.- Successfully designed and built an enterprise network consisting of an Application server a Domain controller and a File / Print server.- Successfully designed and built a VPN service that allows the doctors and other employees to work remotely from home or from anywhere in the world through a secure connection.- Successfully migrated the company from its old location to its new location.- Project management all IT related services. SeaCube Containers. 10/2014 – PresentBuilt a 2012R2 Domain controller that replaced the old 2003 Domain controller. Replaced the old AT&T Microcell with a new AAT&T Microcell. Shortly thereafter added a second AT&T Microcell. Installed a backup server and assisted with documentation of the current environment. Other work in the past has included the rebuilding of laptops, the installation of new workstations, the installation software, and other duties and work as required.Key Projects and Initiatives: - Successfully design, build, and install a 2012R2 Domain controller.- Successfully replace the old AT&T Microcell with a new AT&T Microcell.- Successfully added a new AT&T Microcell.
