I have spent my career pursuing opportunities that blend program management, creativity, engineering, and business development in an innovative environment. I have a continual desire to learn and bring people together to organize ideas, set and align strategic vision, and bring those concepts to fruition as tangible products or implemented processes. I enjoy finding ways to blend both right and left-brain thinking into a cohesive, results-driven, and positive experience for the teams I work with and the customers we serve.I have had the opportunity to lead teams through successful strategy development and deployment, solving operational challenges, new product and processes development, supply chain optimization, operations integration and business development in professional settings. These experiences have provided versatile knowledge throughout the development-to-commercial launch process as well as sustaining ongoing business operations. These experiences have been further explored through the self-recording and release of two independent music projects and by launching a start-up company, Ubiotic Health.Currently, I focus on the development and management of an asset management and sustainability program at Thermo Fisher Scientific. I aim to support those around me, personally and professionally, to foster meaningful and exciting collaborative work.
