Greg Kilpatrick is the Senior Manager of Implementation at MasterControl, where he oversees configuration and validation activities to drive customer success. Greg is a leader in providing implementation management for regulated organizations with experience in life sciences, medical device, and SaaS industries. Greg provides a strategic vision for implementing the MasterControl solutions for transforming the entire organization. With proven success in implementing MasterControl for customers ranging from medium to multi-national enterprise organizations, he has worked with MasterControl’s largest clients to develop a standardized global configuration and validation strategy for rapidly deploying MasterControl solutions to sites around the global to accomplish the organizations strategic objectives and goals. Greg leads the configuration and validation teams to mentor consultants on implementation processes and tools to deliver industry best practices and proven solutions to our customers.Greg began his career working in an analytical chemistry lab for a life sciences company. Greg spent 3 years working in the lab before transitioned to developing and validating analytical methods for testing molecular diagnostic medical devices. Greg spent another 4 years in development and then moved to quality assurance where he led a variety of quality processes from customer complaints, nonconforming processes, supplier quality management, change control and validation. His validation work led to his involvement in computer system validation and SaaS implementations. Greg started working for MasterControl as a Professional Services Consultant managing the customers entire implementation from project manager to configuration and validation, and advising on quality practices. Greg moved to managing a team of consultants and then transitions to being the practice lead for implementation at MasterControl.
