I created, launched, and managed an internal innovation process for AncestryProGenealogists, reflecting my passion for innovation.In my previous role at ARUP Laboratories, a national reference laboratory in Salt Lake City, Utah, I managed a team of 10 medical writers and editors who created content for arupconsult.com, a free website providing information about diagnostic testing for clinicians. As a journalist, I helped implement a system for managing incoming and outgoing assignments for a team of 30 editors and reporters at the Deseret News in Salt Lake City, Utah. In other roles, I managed a group of editors for deseretnews.com and contributed to the development of new ideas and processes for the website.
