Having worked within Housing for 25 years, then the Transport/Retail sectors for 7 years, then more recently the 3rd Sector with Housing Options Scotland - my experience and knowledge is wide ranging. I am a confident and reliable Housing Professional with extensive administrative and customer service experience. Possessing a considerable knowledge of tenancy issues and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills to advise tenants and resolve complex housing issues. A problem solver who enjoys a challenge and can work well under pressure whilst at the same time ensuring a person-centred approach.Keen to find a challenging position within Social Housing where I will be able to increase my work experience & develop my abilities. I am currently looking for permanent role that will help me use all the skills and knowledge I have learned over the passed 30+ years involving working in local authorities, RSLs, 3rd sector and public transport - I have a wide variety of skills and experience.
