• Directly supervised machine attendants and coordinated/improved equipment preventative maintenance in a union environment. Provided a technical and supervisory role in maintaining and improving an ultraviolet paint flow coating operation and high vacuum thin film vapor deposition process for a Tier 1 automotive forward lighting supplier.• Achieved over $1 million in coating scrap year-over-year savings. Created and implemented defect databases to analyze and track coating scrap. The data was critical in cost justifications for process improvements.
