I was working as a communications coordinator for the contact center along side the FCC customer relations manager. I was responsible for liaising with FCC head office and transferring all of the information received in to briefings for customer relations advisers in Mumbai and Plymouth. I was responsible for creating weekly and monthly reports which were sent to all head office employees and managers across FCC. I was the main source of information for advisers and managers across both the Plymouth and Mumbai contact centers. In my role I had to show a very good level of Microsoft Office skills when creating reports and briefs.

I was a subject matter expert for National Rail Enquiries contact center in New Delhi, India. I was responsible to improve the quality of customer service provided by the advisers in the offshore contact center. I was working alongside advisers and management to improve the knowledge of the advisers and share my railway knowledge with them and work along side their quality teams to improve the adviser training program and also got involved with voice and accent training. The sole idea of my role was to improve information given to the paying travelers.
