I have taken a short break following my redundancy, which was the natural conclusion of the role following the acquisition of LMT Surgical by EBOS Group. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of EBOS Medical Devices, this role is responsible for the strategtic direction and management of the business across Australia and New Zealand, in tandem with the General Manager – Sales & Marketing. The GM – Operations role is also responsible for day to day operations of the business, managing 42 staff across Australia and NZ. From Oct 2020 to Apr 2022, I held a dual role as the Financial Controller for EBOS Medical Devices, responsible for the financial performance of 10 legal entities in Australia and New Zealand. • Operational efficiency and process improvement across departments including Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service and IT• Financial control of Medical Device Division companies of EBOS Group, including integration of new acquisitions• Management of supplier contracts and negotiations.• Responsibility for TGA regulatory compliance and ISO9001 quality management systems for ANZ• Pricing management for private hospital rebates and state health based tenders• Team development including coaching and mentoring. • Oversight of the Human Resources function• Change management projects, including development programs, structural changes and process implementations.

Reporting to Managing Director (Owner). This role was responsible for the financial management of the Group, including a Joint Venture with a foreign entity. This role focused on the streamlining of the Financial Management of the businesses and acted as member of the Senior Leadership team. • Management of the Finance function for LMT Surgical, National Surgical and Medicrea Australia• Budgeting and forecasting for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow• Statutory compliance including ASIC reporting, FBT, GST and Income Tax• Sales and GM reporting including, divisional, geographical and product analysis• Expense management and analysis in relation to budgeting and cost savings• Management of the payroll function and associated reporting and taxes• Treasury and cashflow function management

Pinata Farms Pty Ltd is the parent company of commercial farming group focused on fruit production and distribution across Australia. Whilst I was employed there Pinata Farms was in a significant growth phase with 50 Permanent staff and up to 250 casual staff in high season with a turnover of $50 Million. Main Job Focus consists of - Management of the groups finances. This includes Companies, Trusts a trading partnership and Joint Ventures - Management of the Finance team - Budgeting and Forecasting for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow - Payroll & HR Management - Tax and Statutory Compliance - Process Improvement

During this time, I was able to take a substantial break from my Career to focus on moving our family to Queensland and spend time with our children, while they were young.
