Inclusive of HC requirements, account and segment coverage, Field account manager alignment, and projected valuation of market coverage.• In Partnership with Sales Operations VP, sourced two Global vendors to staff outsourced sales force; over a six-month period hired, trained and enabled 115 sellers, building a team that represents +20% of the overall Commercial segment.• Designed and implemented global reporting processes for business reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and sales forecasting. Drive globally through close collaboration with vendor, sales management, finance, and Sales VP.• Developed real-time reporting platform, with visibility to Opportunity and Activity level detail for the Global org. Provides window into overall contribution of total Mid-Market & SMB sales, both in Named accounts and where Account Managers are driving incremental value for aligned resources. This platform was adopted globally as a standard reporting resource.• EMEA, the longest running GEO, closed FY20 at 101% of Plan, despite challenges with 15% Attrition and Whitespace account assignment of 92%. AMER & APAC still in ramp phase with productivity expectations in Q4.• Drafted insourcing business case to transition GTM coverage from vendor, delivering annualized OPEX saving >25%. In coordination with Sales VP, presented to CRO; receiving approval and initial funding for transition. Plan underway, with full insourcing transition expected by January, 2021. -
